Tarot Magique Print
The practice of reading Tarot cards has always had a mystical je ne sais quoi about it but the decks were actually originally used to play common card games in the 15th century. The reading and interpreting of tarot cards for the purpose of gaining insight didn't come into play until the late 1700's. The rich history of Tarot in cartomancy and the characters behind it is a fascinating subject, to be sure.
Lindsey was inspired to create this beautiful print after she came across the Waite-Smith Tarot Deck in an old book. Every time we look at it we feel a sense of that unexplainable, ancient tarot magic!
— This is a fine art giclée print made using archival inks, not a cheap poster!
— Lindsey Foard uses museum quality, fine art matte paper that is ultra smooth and acid free. It produces deep, rich tones and clarity of color that is truly magnificent!
— Lindsey does not use a fulfillment house, she prints everything in her own studio, herself, using techniques and a process she spent years developing to ensure each print is created to the highest of standards.
— Due to the antiquarian nature of these prints, they do not always conform to standard paper sizes. This means some images will have a slightly larger white border on two sides to allow the image to fit without cropping.
— Product photos with frames and/or mats are for display purposes only and are not included.
— These prints are sized to fit “off the shelf” standard retail frames.
— Please note some colors may differ slightly due to various monitor and printer settings.
— Made with lots of love in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
